By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

• A non-refundable diagnostic fee is required when you drop off your device.
• This fee covers the time and expertise involved in assessing the condition of your system.
• Diagnostic fees are:
 – £40 for laptops
 – £70 for desktop PCs
• The fee is payable even if you decide not to proceed with any further repairs or upgrades.
