By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

A non-refundable diagnostic fee is required upon drop-off of your device.

This fee covers the time and expertise involved in inspecting and assessing the condition of your system.

The diagnostic fee is:

• £40 for laptops  

• £70 for desktop PCs

This fee is payable regardless of whether you choose to proceed with any further repairs or upgrades.

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
